DecoEmboss Die Inspiration: Vintaj Deco Motif

Our beautiful Deco Motif DecoEmboss Die was our very first all-over pattern with a symmetrical design which inspired many more. It’s great for creating a piece were you would like a reflection of the pattern, like on a bird or butterfly’s wing as seen in projects below…

Just Fly designed by Jess
Embossed on a Skyward Bird altered blank.
F L Y polymer clay connectors handmade by Erin Prais-Hintz of Tesori Trovati Jewelry simply suspend from the bottom of the bird and are accented with faceted chalcedony and paper beads.

Baroque Beads designed by Wendy
Embossed on a 29mm Square altered blank.
The embossed die was reliefed to highlight the raised areas and then riveted onto ourEtruscan Kaleidoscope to create a multi-layered pendant.

Mythical Wings designed by Jess
Wings were painted with gold metallic acrylic paint dabbers and a variety of alcohol inks.
