Spring Bunny Card

Richele Christensen is sharing with us again today.  Today she is sharing instructions for a fun spring themed card that would be perfect for Easter or to just celebrate the arrival of spring!
Cut a 4 1/4” x 11” piece of #15 Kraft Core Cardstock (turquoise).  Fold the piece in half to create a 4 1/4” x 5 1/2” card.  Emboss the front of the card with the Springtime Border Strip from the Springtime Backgrounds and Borders Texture Fades Set.  Sand the front and sides of the card to enhance the design.

Emboss a manila ATC with the grass embossing strip at the bottom of the ATC. Use an ink blending tool to apply ink to the grass.  Ink upper part of the card with Tumbled Glass Distress Ink an ink blending tool. Stamp a background on the upper part of the card with Tea Dye Distress ink if desired. Ink the edges of the ATC with Tea Dye Distress ink using an ink blending tool.

Die cut a bunny and bow form Grungeboard using the Mini Bunny and Bow Set.  Paint the Bunny with Espresso Paint Dabber.  Paint the bow with Shell Pink Paint Dabber. Let both pieces dry. Adhere the bow to the bunny.
Adhere ATC to a 2 5/8" x 3 5/8" piece of #21 Kraft Core Cardstock (brown).  Adhere the assembled piece to the front of the card using adhesive foam squares.

Die cut 2 small flowers from the Tattered Florals Die using #12 Kraft Core Cardstock (pink). Sand the edges of the flowers carefully with a sanding grip. Shape the flowers, adhere to card. Place an adhesive jewel in the center of each flower. Apply Worn Lipstick Distress Stickles to the flower petals.

Adhere the bunny to the card using adhesive foam squares.

Finish the card by adding the "spring" word sticker from the Tim Holtz Idea-ology Seasonal Salvage Sticker Set.

Thank you Richele for sharing your fun card with us and for the great instructions.
