I know, I know....

Hello, Friends!

I know it's not even Halloween time yet.  But, October and November are Christmas Card Season!  ;)

My good friend, Vicki Garrett sent me this great card that she is going to send out this year....

Stamp the Present Stamp onto the Designer Paper of your choice. Cut out, and color in the Ribbon and Bow area and Sponge Sky ink to the left side to create shadow and dimension.

Adhere dimensional foam to the back of the present and layer it  onto a  piece of coordinating Designer Paper and an additional layer of cardstock.

Create a 5.5” x 4.25”  card base and layer with paper trimmed 1/8” smaller. Glue down the main image piece.

Stamp the Happy Holidays sentiment in Versamark in to the right hand side of a 1” x 4.25” strip of cardstock  Heat Emboss with white embossing powder. Glue this across the bottom of the card and machine stitch (optional).

Using the Holy and Berry Die, cut one die in Green and the other in red. Trim the red berries, adding some sponged ink to the left hand side to create shadows. Add highlights with white Gel pen.

Sponge artichoke ink to the bottom portion of the holly leaves. Adhere the leaves to the left hand side of the sentiment strip. Add the berries onto the Holly leaves, using dimensional foam to pop them up.

Other Supplies:
Stamps: Penguins4Christmas- The Stamps of Life
Inks for Sponging - Colorbox by Stephanie Barnard in Sky, Artichoke and Strawberry
Patterned papers of your choice

Ok, everyone, we need to start thinking about our Christmas Cards!  ;)
Happy Hugs,
