Hello, Friends!
One of the most popular dies right now is the Zig-Zag Pop Up by Karen Burniston! I have a few samples that I travel with and everyone seems to be drawn to them immediately! Here's a great example of the die in use by Debi....
Instructions:
Cut cardstock to size and fold to form card base. Attach a strip of cardstock to inside the card base. Die-cut Zig-Zag Pop-Up from cardstock and attach to a card. Stitch around pop-up base, if desired. Die-cut Flower & Vine and Scrolls from cardstock and attach to card. Embellish with buttons. Die-cut hearts (from Frame, Scallop & Heart) out of poly foam and embellish with diamond glaze and micro beads. Attach to card when dry. Stamp sentiment. Embellish with chalk. Mat a photo with cardstock and adhere to pop-up portion of card. Wrap a ribbon around the card and tie in a bow. Embellish with buttons and twine. For card front, cut and attach a rectangular-shaped strip of cardstock. Die-cut Giant Scallops out of patterned paper and trim to fit card. Adhere in place. Die-cut Flower & Vine and Scrolls from cardstock and attach to card. Embellish with a threaded button. Stamp sentiment onto cardstock, trim to size and attach to card with straight pin.
