Create a Great Bookcover!

Hello, Friends!

Check out this great idea by Debi!  What a great way to decorate a book!

 

Instructions:

Using Adhesive Sheets, attach various sheets of paper and fabric to front cover, leaving binding of book exposed. Adhere decorative trim and ribbon to cover on one side. Attach a card of buttons to cover. Attach doily to top of cover. Hand-cut flowers from patterned paper and attach to cover. Tie ribbon into a bow. Using wax cording, tie keys onto bow. Scrunch up netting and secure in place with waxed cording. Adhere bow to velvet leaves then to netting. Adhere all to cover. Apply adhesive-backed felt to chipboard. Die-cut Bird from covered chipboard. Adhere Bird to front cover using foam dots. Stamp sentiment onto book. Spray flowers with spray glue and then sprinkle with clear, chunky glitter. Embellish with rhinestone button. Adhere flower to velvet leaves and attach to book.
