Time to Think About the Thanksgiving Table!

Here's a great project from Debi, one of our designers....

In her words...

I’ve gotten all my fall decorations out and have decorated for Halloween but I really felt the need to get started on Thanksgiving. Seems it gets here so quickly and, since I have Thanksgiving at my house, I decided not to procrastinate any further. I am making these little turkey place cards for my table. They are easy to make using our e-clips machine!

Using the Holiday cartridge, cut two turkeys, front and back from different colors of cardstock. Snip and adhere one set of the pieces to the front turkey. Adhere bamboo skewers to the turkey, aligning them with the legs. Cover the skewers on the backside of the turkey with turkey #2. Insert the skewers into the spool base and adhere in place. Embellish spool with ribbon.

Again, use the e-clips machine to cut out fall leaves. Embellish with watercolors. Attach bow and leaves to spool. Insert decorative pins. Add place card to turkey. The nice part of this project is that the e-clips machine can be cutting out all of the pieces while you work on something else. Ah, multi-tasking. Who couldn’t use a little bit of that?

Wow, Debi, what great Thanksgiving Table Decorations. Any chance you'll invite a few more to your table?!? ;)

So, crafters, what will your table look like for Thanksgiving? The time to start thinking about it is now! ;)

Happy Crafting!

Hugs,
Stephanie
